LIPICA’s vision of development is a process of socio- economic well being with social justice and equity and healthy ecology, where all section of people participate on decision making institutions and run a just Socio- economic order.

MISSION:

The mission of LIPICA is Organization and Sensitization of people for their own problems where by a multi- pronged developmental process initiated by themselves in building up locally sustainable institution. It follows four-fold approach starting from socio-economic Developmental process to political and Environmental process by bringing people to the center stage as Main Actors keeping gender Balance in all dimensions of “Poverty Alleviation”
