During this year provided two phases training for DCW personals on deafness and causes, rehabilitation, require service for deaf children and deaf young people.
The training was held at Ambapua on 16-18.09.2014. Total Participant (Staff 10 + other Project staff 3 + Director + 4 Parents).
The project manager Mr. Laxmi Narayan Acharya LIPICA and Mr. S.c. Dash Chairperson Child Welfare Committee has taken a class on child rights and care & protection measures of rural children. The Director LIPICA conducted class on Child Rights and Rehabilitation process.
The 2nd phase was held at Seva Kendra Kolkata DRM Workshop on 24-25 November 2014. In this workshop 4 Staff from of our organization were participated. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Supriya Kumar Based on following objective

- Meaningful Utilization of DRM
- Building capacity of DRM on HBP
