WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • We have worked with the administration on 100 % literacy achievement on 1992 year and successful the Patrapur Block and Tumba tribal area.
  • We are working with Forest Department for last 5 years on VSS development
  • Monitoring and evaluation of VSS activities in 3 forest Division of South Orissa Ghumusar Forest Division – North & South, Baliguda Forest Division, PKD forest Division.
  • Micro Planning through PRA exercise on FDA for forest Department.
  • We raise nursery and plantation Programme for last 10 years
  • We organize “water shed” projects by peoples organization( Report enclosed)
  • Community Based Activities and Group Based Activities with women and its sustainability
  • We work with Animal Husbandry Dept on preventive and curative measures.
  • World Bank supported project with irrigation Department on formation of farmer’s user organization
  • Cultural Group on community mobilization on RTI, NREGA,PRI, Forest Rights, HIV/AIDs/  Anti Liquor , JFM
  • Working with forest Department South Circle ORISSA on Plantation, NRA, SMC, EPA also Micro planning and Monitoring and Evaluation on FDA project.

  • Micro Entrepreneurship with SHG member in 3 District of 3000 SHG members .

STAFF POSITION:

At present there are 73 staff members working in the organization. Out of 73 members 50 members are male and 23 are female. Further 50 staffs are employed as full time basic and 33 are engaged as part time basic. A few of the full time workers are quite committed and experience who are working since inception of the organization. These staffs are registered under EPF rule and getting the benefited as per the Govt. guide line.
