Since 2002 LIPICA working person with disability (PWD’s) on Community Based Rehabilitation with Rights of PWD’s on equal opportunity, Protection to Rights & Fully Participation.
Out of 10 categories disability the hearing disability person’s issues major in society, because it is invisible. LIPICA realized the problems of hearing disability people them work started with them from 2013 with the support of DCW, Kolkata. The project objective is
- Education development of deaf children.
- Livelihood rehabilitation of deaf young people.
During the 2nd year working with 97 children and 50 young people. Total 147 DCYP. The major different programmes followed for the fulfillment of above objective.
