- Prepare the revisiting micro plan of 160 VSS & 4 EDC.

- Selection of new executive committee formed and secretary are selected by the VSS members on behalf of the member secretary (forester)
- Farm forestry pulp wood model plantation for improvement of alternative livelihood promotion has initiated with the facilitation of P-NGO, LIPICA .
- It is another new innovative plantation programme has initiated by P-NGO for promotion of under planting under ANR area. The programme is implemented by shelf help group of VSS particularly Satabari & Hillbroom. Both the spices are easily marketable by SHG to DABUR group of companies. It is also another additional income generation activity of SHG group.
- Intensification of soil & moisture conservation (SMC) particularly loose bolder check dam staged trench has initiated by VSS members for sustainable forest development. It has been covered in all 160 VSS and covered 1100 hector of forest land.
- Thining intensification has initiated in 8 VSS of kasinagar Fmu. It is the process to develop the growth of the forest regeneration. The harvesting thinning materials are sold and amount kept in VFDF account.
- VFDF account has available on all VSS 3 lak to 4 lakh . The amount has been utilized as a part of revolving fund under the income generation activity. The groups utilized the amount for the purpose of tamarind processing, maize cultivation and purchase of fertilizer and as per the felt need of the community .
